Due to extreme heat and dusty conditions, we recommend: Conventional oil every 5,000 km, Synthetic blend every 7,500 km, Full synthetic every 10,000 km or 6 months (whichever comes first). Vehicles used for off-roading, towing, or short trips in traffic may need more frequent changes. We'll help you determine the right interval for your driving.

In Dubai, absolutely. Synthetic oil maintains its protective properties much better in extreme heat. It flows better at startup, provides better protection against wear, and lasts longer between changes. For most drivers in UAE conditions, full synthetic pays for itself through better engine protection and longer change intervals.

This depends on your engine - we follow manufacturer specifications. Most modern vehicles use 0W-20 or 5W-30 for fuel efficiency. Older engines or those in hot climates may use 5W-40 or 10W-40. Using the wrong viscosity can cause poor fuel economy, increased wear, or even engine damage. We'll use exactly what your engine needs.

Every oil change includes checking: engine air filter, brake pad thickness, tire condition and pressure, all fluid levels (coolant, brake, power steering, transmission), belts and hoses for wear, battery condition, lights and wipers, and a visual undercarriage inspection. We'll report any concerns and recommend action if needed.

Yes, we maintain records of all services performed. This documentation is valuable for resale and helps track your maintenance schedule. We can also provide a vehicle history report upon request. Regular documented maintenance adds value to your vehicle.
